Job Description:

The position encompasses the below key duties:
● Drumbeat and support the CSM team in order to achieve the Customer Satisfaction Managers objectives
● Accountable to prepare the APAC Objectives dashboard
● Drumbeat Lean management and continuous improvement initiatives in APAC Ops
● Assist the HO Operations in daily corporate management

Program Management Officer (PMO) : Provide coordination, performance monitoring and planning for Operations in all Airbus Helicopters entities in Asia Pacific
– Provide overall planning and coordination for all Operations activities
– Responsible to develop and run performance management monitoring across all operations
– Ensure proper roll-out of action plans, with adequate On-Time and On-Quality performance
– Support HO Operations by developing and facilitating execution of communications plan across regions and departments
– Coordinate on transversal issues with Head of Departments or similar focal points

CSM Lead Function: Act as the Lead Function for all Customer Support Managers in APAC (50+ FTE)

– secure proper adherence of Support & Services processes across the 100+ member of the front office team
– Act as a focal point for their question
– provide flowdown of Headquarters communication and process update to Front Office members
– Organize and perform on-boarding and refresher training
– Follow CEFO KPIs per region and drumbeat performance – Alert CC in case of misalignment vs target
– Ensure that guidelines are applied and follow up on regional staffing and workload / alert central on delta to guidelines
– Validate regional staffing decisions with HOs Region
– Set up and follow up on regional FO internal routines (plateau mode) – Follow and drumbeat escalations in the region and support selection for central escalation forums
– Manage proper roll-out of HQ processes :
o customer satisfaction survey
o Quality Survey
o customer visit
o customer interfacing
– Support local teams on operational comms if necessary

Assistance to HO Regional Operations for management activities and development of operational strategies

Business Process Re-engineering

– Act as key focal point in APAC for LEAN projects and AH Initiatives such as Visual Management and Improvement Plan
– Develop synergies and share best practices with all the other business functions

Set up and monitor APAC Dashboard critical for the Region – Responsible for preparation and coordinate with AH Central Team all the data needed to delivered the APAC Dashboard on time and on quality
– Calculate and consolidate the major KPI’s for SEAP region
– Implementation of Visual Management Tools to provide an comprehensive overview for critical activities

To support APAC Operations topics as per required

Experience : – Previous experience in Aeronautical Customer Support is a strong advantage
– Good analytical and organisational skills
– Good interpersonal skills : ability to coordinate remote teams

Skills : Fluent in English language

Working/travel outside of declared business location
