Job and Responsibilities :

• Makes/updates a process design/FMEA for new/current products.*Process design includes flow chart, investment, concept, layout and standard time.
• Ensure that the product outputs are in accordance with the specifications and requirements that have been set either from internal or customer.
• Conducts a production trial and validate the parameter setting, summarizes & improves problems in injection molding process and reflected kakotora for improvement at next project or others model.
• Manages to keep the budget in assembly process.
• Conducts operator training and consults to make work instruction.
• Support maintenance staff tasks and have Maintenance staff authority for Tooling.
• Improves productivity, integrates root causes and decreases defective rate in assembly process.
• Prepare document that required from customer for new project or existing project
• Drawing control management.
• Execute the job order base on superior instruction
• Implements items to achieve the target of Department policy.
• Ensuring that all documents are adopt the IATF, ISO14001, ISO 45001 and following the company policy.
• Conduct and ensure EMS (ISO 14001: 2015) are implemented according to its procedure and shall prevent any contamination to environment on their processes and department.
• Conduct any kind of processes and activities considering hazard and risk of job and shall prevent any kind of occupational accident and illness happened.
• Co working with the maintenance team to reduce disturbance / problem that occur in the production line
• Support maintenance staff to find root causes and improvement action to eliminate recurrent problem occur to improve downtime rate.

Requirement :

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Engineering (Industrial) or equivalent.
• Required language : English (both oral and written).
• Experience in Engineering at least 2 years as a Assembly staff for this position and in automotive industries.
• Must be proficient in MS office, 3D/2D CAD.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly motivated and self-directed.
• Have knowledge of quality tools, 5S, safety, kaizen and other manufacturing knowledge.
• Have knowledge of Electricity, Machinery, PLC, Industrial Engineering and other engineering knowledge.
• Have knowledge FMEA, PDP.
• Knowledge of the production process (plastic).
