Job Description Summary:

Notify operations engineer to ensure a constant supply of standard products, perform daily routine jobs as per monthly activity checklist and perform routine checks on equipment and plant & log required readings.

Duties & Accountabilities (but not limited to):

Safety and Industrial Management System

• Ensure highest level of safety at site, for him/her and for other people at site. 
• To achieve zero accident & incident by reporting near misses and attending for ASU monthly safety meeting.
• Prepare, sign, share, close Safe Work Permits; ensure that SWP is well enforced at workplace.

Day-to-day production follow-up

• Load and unload raw materials and products by following SOP for uninterrupted supply of raw materials and products.
• Communication with raw material and product tanker drivers for safe and efficient loading and unloading.
• Strongly liaise with ROCC Real-Time Technicians /Real-Time Engineers.
• Update SOP, under approval of operations engineer.

Day-to-day maintenance follow-up

• Monitor and operate plant processes from DCS and notify for any abnormal alarm messages to shift supervisor.                                                                                    
• Troubleshooting of the plant process in case of plant upset.                                                                                   
• Communication with pipeline customers to maintain quality and quantity of supply.
• To manage contractors under management of operations engineer.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma 3 in Chemical Engineering, Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
• Willing to work in shifts and come to the plant at any time in case of emergency.
• Being able to understand & speak in English is preferable.
• Having a car driving license (SIM A) is preferable
