We are now seeking a position as a Plan 1 Manager who will handle all manufacturing and supporting process pf plastic packaging manufacturer with the following key responsibilities

• Control production and non production activities carried out in the work unit in accordance with the plans, standards and procedures determined to achieve product quality and safety policies and objectives with the aim of achieving customer satisfaction in accordance with applicable standards. Lead n direct all development function required by the company ensuring that product produced are products that have gone through monitoring, measurement, analysis and improvement processes to meet customer requirements in accordance with applicable standards.
• Communicate product safety & quality policies and goals across the company and provide a framework for achieving them
• Monitoring rlthe achievement of performance (KPI) that has been determined
• Approve, control and evaluate costs/expenses to ensure that
• expenses incurred are accordance with the established budget
• Maximizing machine and material performance efficiensy and
• minimizing problems/problems to reduce operational cost.
• Minimizing Reject rate
• Organizing and coordinating the activities of subordinates/work
• units with from other departemen to achieve goals through synegeristic
• cooperation
• Conduct formal and informal guidance to create a positive
• work environment, as well as increase work motivation and performance àt subordinates.

We expect prospective talents to meet the requirement as

below :

• Bachelor or Master Degree holder major from Technical and
• Engineering are require
• Equip with 5+ years of experience in plastic packaging manufacturer are mandatory.
• Proven contributions and achievements lead manufacturing line of injection, blow molding and tube
• Able to take main responsible to Grup Management.
• Willing be based at Cikarang Plant
