Job Scope: 

Responsible for all plant operational processes by managing and leading the team to execute business deliverables. Aligns production performance with business strategy and customer focus with continuous improvement process. Must ensure that warehouse and inventory management, safety, quality and cost control, maintenance program, target delivery and moral objectives are duly met in efficient, accurate and timely manners.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Ensure that daily schedules of all process lines are in accordance with facility capabilities, customer requirements and shipment schedules.
• Allocate resources effectively to increase production, assets capacity and flexibility within budget allowance and proper cost-reduction measures.
• Monitor and inspect job sites of each production line, implement and maintain preventive maintenance programs and problem solving corrective actions as needed. 
• Resolve customer complaints or concerns involving the plant operations.
• Work closely with Quality Department to uphold product quality and review product consistency while monitoring scrap rates to determine trends and areas of improvement.
• Provide direction, development, leadership and training to all production crews to accomplish company goals and objectives.
• Coordinate plant activities with corporate departments to ensure that all aspects of plant operational and manufacturing objectives are accomplished effectively and efficiently in accordance to policies set by the BOD.
• Create and maintain documentation protocols to ensure that all operation records are properly maintained and reviewed in high confidentiality in accordance to ISO, GMP, HACCP and regular audits from clients.

General Requirements:

• Qualifications: Maximum 40 yo, Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, resides in Jakarta/Tangerang area. Knowledge in Financial Management is an advantage. 
• Personal Competencies: Self-starter & Team player, Acute time management, Well organized, Result & Detail oriented with focus on continuous improvement.
• Working Experience: Holding current position as Plant or Production Manager with minimum 10 years of working experience in printing, paper or flexible packaging industry, and at least 5 years of knowledgeable expertise in PPIC, Technical / Maintenance, Work Health & Safety in manufacturing process.
• Skills: Computer literacy (MS Office, AutoCAD), SAP/ERP, Communication skill both written and verbal, Leadership and Interpersonal skills, Problem solving skill, Strong analytical skills. 
• Languages: Proficiency in English both spoken and written. Ability to understand and converse in Mandarin is an advantage. 
• Others: In-depth knowledge of ISO, GMP, Kanban, environmental and industrial regulations. Good understanding on supply chain management, export/import procedures, and commercial agreements.
