Your role is to manage plant hygiene to meet required standards, regulations, and corporate guidelines by implementing protocols, training personnel, and ensuring a high level of cleanliness to exceed industry expectations.

Description

1. Maintain and update Microbiological Risk Assessment (MRA) documentation in coordination with global Quality Microbiology Management (QMM) functions.
2. Collaborate with plant personnel to develop and manage MRA activities.
3. Proactively prevent contamination by ensuring proper cleaning and sanitization of equipment according to environmental limit policy.
4. Identify and prevent microbiological contamination issues that may impact product quality and conduct investigations.
5. Perform root cause analysis for out-of-specification (OOS) results and address deviations related to micro procedures.
6. Monitor and analyze microbiological data for finished goods, bulk, and raw materials, generating summary reports.
7. Monitor manufacturing air and water quality, including equipment validation status, and contribute to system improvements.
8. Conduct environmental studies and speciality swabbing for investigations.
9. Audit manufacturing plant for hygiene, cleaning, and micro-related compliance gaps, generating reports.
10. Develop and enhance the site’s contamination control program, conduct training, and collaborate with quality assurance for audits.

Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Chemistry
• Proven 3 years of experience in a similar role within the food, beverage, or FMCG industry.
• Sound knowledge of hygiene practices, regulations, and HACCP principles.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify potential hygiene risks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Good understanding on ISO 9001, 13485, 17025, 14971, CPKB, CPAKB, CPOTB
• Ability to train and educate staff on hygiene protocols and best practices.
• Knowledge of relevant sanitation equipment, chemicals, and cleaning procedures.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple responsibilities.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
