Kemampuan yang usaha kami inginkan adalah Farmasi (Kesehatan & Medis) serta orang yang mampu mengemban pekerjaan dengan baik.

Perusahaan kami tidak memiliki persyaratan minimal pendidikan/sertifikasi yang khusus terhadap pelamar sehingga anda dapat mencoba melamar ke perusahaan ini dengan memberikan CV atau portofolio anda.

Upah yang perusahaan ini tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari skill karyawan. Rata-rata upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 5.100.000 - Rp 5.600.000.

Job description:

As PJT:

1. Responsible for company liaison with BPOM regarding documents related to products.

2. Responsible for product assurance in terms of BPOM Regulation including complaints, retained samples, return, etc.

3. Responsible for cosmetics Importation process and documentation

4. Responsible for product labeling

5. Provide the latest information regarding regulations and legality related to the government/BPOM, as well as regarding product marketing

6. Responsible for reporting the Company cosmetics distribution business report frequently

As Marketing Support:

1. Support market research for client products from Korea

2. Support client product marketing activities

3. Support the client’s product import activities

4. Able to design a content is a plus (Able to operate Canva / Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop)

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or Chemistry is mandatory
  • Maximum 30 years old
  • Minimum 1 year experience in the same role / Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Name is not currently being used by another party as PJT
  • Having an active STR
  • Well experienced with the BPOM E-Reg system or Notifkos
  • Having Experience as a Technical Person in Charge of Cosmetic notifications, managing Cosmetic Distribution Permits, and BPOM Notifications (Notifkos) are preferred.
  • Always update government regulations (BPOM, HALAL, SNI)
  • Good and conscientious communication skills
  • Able to analyze data
  • Able to communicate in English  
  • Able to work with a team
  • Having strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Can join as soon as possible
