🎯 Mission of the Role

“I am the protector of cleanliness, safety, and high standards at PickleBali. I ensure every court, lounge, restroom, and guest space is spotless and functional — ready to welcome players into an exceptional experience every day.”


🛠 Daily Operations & Core Responsibilities

1. Facility Upkeep

  • Plan, delegate, and oversee daily and weekly cleaning of:

    • Courts

    • Clubhouse

    • Retail areas

    • Offices

    • Restrooms

    • Outdoor seating and pathways

2. Court & Equipment Care

  • Sweep, wash, and dry court surfaces

  • Inspect and maintain nets, posts, and court lighting

  • Clean pickleballs and ensure backup supplies are in place

  • Support Super Coaches with court preparation as needed

3. Waste & Hygiene Management

  • Monitor and empty waste bins and recycling stations

  • Refill soap, tissue, hand sanitizer, and disinfectants throughout the facility

  • Ensure hygiene supplies are never out of stock

4. Preventive Maintenance

  • Perform basic inspections on:

    • Plumbing

    • Electrical fixtures

    • Air conditioning

    • Landscaping and grounds

  • Escalate issues requiring vendor or expert support to management immediately


Event & Operational Support

  • Kitchen & Café: Assist with dishwashing, surface cleaning, and back-of-house restocking during busy periods

  • Errands: Pick up urgent supplies or parts across Bali when requested

  • Club & Corporate Events:

    • Temporary setup and teardown

    • Towel and hydration station service

    • Spill response

    • On-call cleaning for tournaments, activations, or VIP events


Standards & Checklists

  • Use and maintain a daily checklist via ClickUp (digital task tracking)

  • Photo-verify all completed tasks

  • Only use eco-friendly cleaning products pre-approved by management

  • PPE is mandatory during all cleaning and chemical handling:

    • Gloves

    • Masks (if chemicals are used)

    • Non-slip shoes

Reporting & Escalation

  • Submit a brief end-of-shift report noting:

    • Areas cleaned

    • Supplies used or restocked

    • Any notable issues or incidents

  • Urgent hazards (e.g., wet floors, broken glass, water leaks):

    • Use radio AND send Slack message to the Duty Manager immediately

  • Non-urgent repairs or issues:

    • Log a Help Desk ticket in ClickUp with photos and expected resolution time


Continuous Improvement

  • Attend monthly facility walkthroughs with the Operations Lead to:

    • Identify efficiency gains

    • Spot overlooked areas

    • Standardize systems across shifts

  • Propose and implement:

    • Water-saving practices

    • Eco-upgrades

    • Smart cost-saving opportunities (zero-waste, vendor switching, reuse programs)

📋 Requirements

  • Basic maintenance or cleaning experience preferred

  • Ability to lift 15kg, move quickly, and work indoors/outdoors

  • Willingness to work weekends, early mornings, and event nights

  • Ability to follow checklists and use smartphone apps

  • Understanding of basic hygiene, eco-friendly products, and PPE protocols

  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia, basic English a plus

  • Must live within 30 minutes of PickleBali Clubs Raya
