We are seeking a highly skilled Photographer to join our team. As a Photographer, your primary focus will be on Photography. Your expertise in these areas will be crucial in producing visually stunning and engaging photography content that aligns with our brands vision and objectives.

Responsibilities:

1. Photography Sessions:

   • Plan and execute diverse photography sessions, including portrait sessions, events, and product shoots.
   • Ensure optimal lighting, composition, and framing to capture high-quality images.
   • Direct and guide subjects to achieve desired poses and expressions.

2. Equipment Management:

   • Maintain and organize photography equipment, including cameras, lenses, lighting, and accessories.
   • Ensure equipment is in good working condition and arrange for repairs or replacements as needed.

3. Post-Production:

   • Edit and retouch photos to meet client or project specifications.
   • Manage and organize digital files, ensuring proper storage, backup, and retrieval.

4. Client Interaction:

   • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their vision and requirements.
   • Provide guidance and suggestions to clients on the best approach for achieving their desired results.

5. Creative Development:

   • Stay updated on current photography trends, techniques, and technology.
   • Continuously develop and refine personal style and skills to enhance creative output.

6. Location Scouting:

   • Identify suitable locations for photography sessions based on client preferences and project requirements.
   • Conduct site visits and assess environmental conditions for optimal shooting conditions.

7. Collaboration:

   • Work collaboratively with other team members, such as art directors, stylists, and assistants, to ensure seamless execution of projects.

8. Adherence to Deadlines:

   • Manage time effectively to meet project deadlines and deliver final photos in a timely manner.
   • Prioritize tasks and communicate any potential delays to relevant parties.

Requirements:

1. Education:

   • Bachelor’s degree in photography, visual arts, or a related field is preferred.

2. Experience:

   • Proven experience as a photographer, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse skills and styles.
   • Familiarity with various types of photography, such as portrait, event, and product photography.

3. Technical Skills:

   • Proficient in using professional-grade cameras, lenses, and lighting equipment.
   • Advanced knowledge of photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop).

4. Creativity:

   • Strong creative vision and the ability to bring ideas to life through photography.
   • Innovative problem-solving skills to overcome challenges during photo shoots.

5. Communication:

   • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.
   • Ability to translate client needs into visual concepts.

6. Attention to Detail:

   • Meticulous attention to detail in capturing and editing images to meet high-quality standards.
   • Strong organizational skills for managing digital files and project timelines.

7. Flexibility:

   • Ability to adapt to different environments and situations, including varying lighting conditions and unexpected challenges during shoots.

8. Portfolio:

   • A comprehensive portfolio that demonstrates proficiency in various photography styles and techniques.
