As a Pet Specialist Area Manager, you will need to manage and lead the sales and distribution of our Petfood Category of Nestle Purina PetCare in respective areas collaborating with all stakeholders in the category and channels.

A Day In The Life as Pet Specialist Area Manager​

• Support SPT (Specialist Pet Trade) Regional Sales Manager by executing the development of customer relationship in the assigned areas. ​

• Accountable and responsible to ensure achievement of agreed targets/KPIs total in respective area.​

• On time promo implementation as per guideline and monitoring the performance afterwards.​

• Ensure complete support and collaboration with all supporting team including: Front-liner and Agency team, marketing, and CDT team.​

• Ensure adherence to all Company principles and policies including Nestlé /local Trade policy, local Sales policies, local Trade Terms, Safety and local and legal regulations​

What Makes You Successful ​

• Having 1-2 years of professional experiences in commercial / generating demand process is advantages​

• Having Leadership qualities gained from various experiences in organization within campus environment or professional experiences​

• Fluent in English both oral & written​

• Developed analytical / structural thinking skills​

• Experienced working in cross functional teams​
