Tzu Chi Compassion Hospital (Rumah Sakit Cinta Kasih Tzu Chi) is established under the auspices of the Buddha Tzu Chi Medika Foundation which is one of the Mission of the Indonesian Buddhist Tzu Chi Foundation engaged in the Health sector.

Tzu Chi Compassion Hospital (Rumah Sakit Cinta Kasih Tzu Chi) has been accredited by the Hospital Accreditation Commission (KARS) with the KARS-SERT / 765 / VI / 2019 and Plenary Graduation Certificate Numbers on June 30, 2019. The status of the Tzu Chi Compassion Hospital as of December 14, 2016 changed from Special Hospital for Class C Surgery becomes Class C General Hospital in accordance with Decree of the Head of DKI Jakarta Provincial Office No. 8821 of 2016.
