PT RKE Indonesia Management is a subsidiary company of Road King Expressway International Holdings Limited(“Road King Expressway”).Road King Expressway is an expressway investor and operator in the PRC with over 25 years of experience of operation in the toll road industry.Its principal activities are investment in, and the development, operation and management of, expressway projects in the PRC and Indonesia.The toll road business began in 1994 and was then held by Wai Kee Holdings Limited, and subsequently became as a subsidiary of Road King Infrastructure Limited which was listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in 1996.
