Rinnai Japan Corporation was founded by Mr. Hidejiro Naito and Mr. Kenkichi Hayashi in year 1920. At first it started by producing equipment such as gas stoves, water heaters, build in hobs, and has continued to grow by producing dishwashers, meat grills, cooker hood and various other products.

Currently, the Rinnai Japan Corporation network spans within 15 countries around the world, such as South Korea, Guangzhou, Shanghai, Taiwan, Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, United States, United Kingdom, Brazil, Italy, New Zealand and Australia.

In Indonesia, Rinnai products have been present since 1979, and the first factory was established in Cikupa, Tangerang in 1988. Along with the increasing demand for Rinnai products, the second factory was established on 3 September 2012 in Balaraja, Tangerang.

PT. Rinnai Indonesia will continue to maintain its position as the market leader for quality and safe gas appliances. This was confirmed by receiving awards such as the Indonesian Customer Satisfaction Award (ICSA) 2008-2013, Indonesia Best Brand Award (IBBA) 2007 – 2018, No.1 Choice Award for Indonesian Women Survey 2012 and 2013, Indonesia’s Most Favorite Women Brand 2012, iDea Rumah Award Reader’s Choice 2014 for the category of Kitchen Appliances and Water Heaters.
