In the year 1991, our journey began with a humble team of 73 individuals at PT. RIMBA SEMPANA INDONESIA’s woodworking division. Initially focusing on hardwood flooring and decking for the discerning European market, the mission was to establish our presence.

Since then, we have gradually expanded our product range to include customized finger joint products starting in 1996. Notably, our Pulai and Jabon Issobo products have gained recognition in the Japanese Market, while our Acacia finger joint laminated board and Albasia Falcata finger joint laminated board have also earned a strong reputation. These products have consistently delivered exceptional quality and remain in high demand to this day.

In 2012, we made a strategic decision to expand our production line and venture into the manufacturing of Albasia Falcata barecore products, simultaneously extending our market reach to China. This move allowed us to tap into a promising opportunity within the integrated material supply of Albasia Falcata species.

As our business continued to thrive, we recognized another avenue for growth. In 2020, we took a bold step by further expanding our production line to include the manufacturing of plywood and blockboard products.

Today, our team comprises over 500 dedicated individuals who specialize in the production of mixed hardwood, acacia, pulai, jelutong, jabon and albasia falcata wood species. Their expertise and craftsmanship contribute to our continued success in delivering exceptional wood products to our valued customers.
