Starting from the founder’s dedication to the health sector, the Dharma Husada Sakti Foundation was established as a legal entity that houses the Permata Ibu Clinic in 2001, which later became the forerunner to the establishment of PT. Permata Husada Sakti which was legally established on July 8 2004 and ratified in Notarial Deed Number: 4.- by Notary Yani Suryani, SH in Depok City and Decree of the Minister of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia Number: C-26372 HT.01.01.TH. 2004 on October 22 2004 concerning Ratification of the Deed of Establishment of PT. Permata Husada Sakti.

Along the way, the clinic developed into the Graha Permata Ibu Mother and Child Hospital in 2003, and patented its name to become the Graha Permata Ibu Mother and Child Hospital in 2008. Service development continued until the second phase of the building was built in 2010. And in 2010 In 2014, they received permission to remain operational as the Grha Permata Ibu Hospital, which is now a Type C Hospital and has 115 beds, with an Operational License valid on 11 October 2018 Number: 445.8/0108/O.RS-DPMPTSP/X /2018 and certified by UTAMA by the Hospital Accreditation Committee (KARS) Number: KARS-SERT/Pe/658/I/2022. On February 2 2022 through Notarial Deed Number: 2 – by Notary Winda Febrianti, S.H., M.Kn in Gresik and Notification Letter from the Minister of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia Number: AHU-AH.01.03-0078640 dated February 4 2022 PT Permata Husada Sakti confirmed the statement of the decision of the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders regarding the composition of the company’s management led by dr. Karlina, MARS, NIK 327606610469003, as Main Director. Until now PT. Permata Husada Sakti continues to develop its business and always strives to comply with regulations, one of which is by updating its NIB 3006220061996 permit on June 30 2022.
