PT ORIX Indonesia Finance

PT. ORIX Indonesia Finance (ORIF) was established as a joint venture between ORIX Corporation (85%) and Yayasan Kesejahteraan Karyawan Bank Indonesia (15%). Originally established in April 1975, under the name of PT. Orient Bina Usaha Leasing (OBUL), ORIX Indonesia Finance was and still is a pioneer of lease financing in Indonesia.

PT. ORIX Indonesia Finance (ORIF) is part of ORIX Corporation.

ORIX Corporation was established in 1964 as one of the leasing company pioneers based in Japan. The corporation has now multiplied its capital by more than 23 times since its founding 57years ago. The company is publicly listed on Tokyo Stock Exchange and New York Stock Exchange (NYSE).
