PT. MITRA INFOSARANA was founded in 1992; initially it was a joint venture company between PT. USI Jaya/IBM (local representation of IBM Corporation in Indonesia) and its business partners. It was established as a competency center to support PT. USI Jaya/IBM and its business partners to source non-IBM solution running on IBM platform.

In 199, MIS became an independent IT company and operated as a System Integrator (SI).

As a System Integrator, we provide Hardware, Software, Solution Services, System Integration, Network Integration, Outsourcing, Consultancy and Maintenance Services. We have been building a strong partnership with leading solution providers in the market to meet and address customers’ needs and providing world-class solution.

To ensure consistency and to continue improvement on our Product and Service delivery quality, we are implementing ISO 9001 : 2008 Quality System and we have successfully passed the registration audit by an ISO 9001 Certification Body.
