PT Maju Bersama Gemilang is a joint venture company between Voksel Group from Indonesia and HengTong Group from China.

Voksel Group has beensuccessfully positioning itself as one of the leading cable manufacturers in Indonesia. Since 2006, In line with the rapid development of cable industry and more aggressive strategic growth, the Company held its initial public offering on the Jakarta Stock Exchange (now is the Indonesia Stock Exchange) and Surabaya Stock Exchange on December 20, 1990.

Hengtong Group is the largest Optical Fibre and Power Cable manufaturer in China, and is ranked in the top 10 of the world’s largest issued by Integer. the company is ranked in the top 3 world producers of Optical fibre communications products, and supply approximately 25% of the domestic market volume and 15% of the international market volume. Hengtong has 70 wholly owned companies and holding companies (3 of which are listed on the Shanghai, Hong Kong, and Indonesian stock exchanges), with 9 manufacturing facilities based in Europe, South America, South Africa, South Asia, and Southest Asia.
