Growth and green is the narrative establishing Indika Nature. It is a social and environmental responsibility of the company to find cost-effective and sustainable methods of land acquisition and forestry management while at the same time, reconstructing vegetation. The core is sustainability, a vision and concerted effort to rebuild disturb lands of former mine sites.

The primary focus consists of three; economic gain, green quality and innovative space, and a resilient organization.
