Background

Established as an Information Technology company, ACS sharply focuses on Automated Identification and Data Capture (AIDC) solution (since 1991) and Wireless Network Infrastructure & Management (since 1994 – still with Narrow Band System at the time). Over the years ACS has gained a strong market acceptance and appreciation as leading provider in AIDC (including RFID system) and Wireless Network solution in Indonesia. Starting from 2015, ACS has enhanced its solution portfolio to include Enterprise security system, such as intelligent CCTV, Access Control & Alarm System, and gains a fast growing market acceptance in this area as well.

ACS has around 40 highly experienced and certified engineers, and around half of them have 15 – 25 years of intensive experience. They have been awarded with more than 200 certifications in the area of AIDC / RFID, Wireless Network and Enterprise Security System. ACS has also developed Service Alliances creating a large pool of qualified engineers in many complementing services and in providing nation wide service coverage. To provide a better & faster service level and pick-up / delivery mechanism to the customers, ACS has developed 13 Service Points and 20 Logistic Hubs all across the country, outside its Head Office & Branch-offices
