Established in 1989 in Amsterdam under license from De Nederlandsche Bank, the Dutch Central Bank, and under the supervision of The Netherlands Authority for the Financial Markets, our heritage is European, our focus is Asian.

Originally providing Asian Equity and Equity Derivatives to European institutional investors; we opened London in 2001, Geneva in 2004, Singapore in 2005, Manila and Jakarta in 2007 and 2009 respectively. With a current global headcount of 110 staff and a high retention rate, we continue to grow quietly in the right markets.

With the restructuring of its European operations Amstel Securities NV continues to develop and grow its successful Group Agency business in Europe, The Middle East and beyond We provide bespoke coverage on Fixed Income, Equity & FX to Hedge Funds, Asset Managers, Private Banks, Sovereign Wealth and Corporate Treasury Departments, delivering professional advice, and execution services with the assurance of anonymity and no conflict of interest.

Amstel Financial Services, Asia

In Asia, our core business is that of “Inter Dealer Broker” (IDB) and is represented through our offices in Singapore, Manila and Jakarta. Amstel Financial Services (S) Pte Ltd is registered and operates as an exempt Corporate Financial Adviser [under paragraph 7(1)b of the 2nd Schedule to the S.F.A. (licensing and conduct of business) Regulation 10]. Our operations in Manila and Jakarta are full service Money Brokers licensed and accredited by the Bangko Sentral Pilipinas and the Bank of Indonesia, respectively. In Manila, our coverage is focused on Peso Fixed Income Securities, US Treasuries, USD Sovereign and Corporate Bonds, USD/PHP FX Spot, USD/PHP FX Swap, and Peso Interest Rate Swaps.
