Registered Public Accountants “ Bambang, Sutjipto Ngumar & Rekan ” was initially established with the name of Santoso, Bambang & Rekan, establishment was approved by the Minister of Finance with the decree No: SI.714/MK.17/1994 dated May 23, 1994, in Surabaya. In 1998 changed its name from Santoso, Bambang & Rekan to “ Bambang Herwanto ”. This change was approved by Minister of Finance with the decree No KEP.783/KM.17/1998 dated September 24, 1998 & KEP 925/KM.17/1998 dated October 22, 1998, and it’s located in Jakarta. In 2001 we are merger with Registered Public Accountants “ Sutjipto Ngumar ” locate in Surabaya with name of “ Bambang, Sutjipto Ngumar & Rekan ” and it’s located Head office in Jakarta and branch office in Surabaya. ”. This change was approved by Minister of Finance with the decree No KEP.042/KM.17/2001 dated February 6, 2001
