Probably that one thing I could think of which motivates me at least, it’s the TEAM!! The bonding among the people, the collaboration across Teams, the vision of the Company motivate each individual in the company to associate and engage with. I am Sahoo – Project Manager and this is the story about engaging with Jitera as project manager.

I still remember the day when I joined Jitera. The warm welcome from every member, the support and guidance from higher mgmt. Including CEO, the love and respect from teammates that I receive, I could bet that anyone can get this even from a Fortune 100 company. I was overwhelmed with such pretty welcome that I could ever get from my past decade exp with multiple MNCs to be precise companies like Dell, EMC, etc.

Do you remember that one thing I iterated previously, about the TEAM? What if I ask you about your preference for work culture? How lucrative it looks to you if you get a chance of full-time or part-time remote work from anywhere in the world at any time with an energetic and dynamic Team where each member is super cool and are from companies like Google, Adobe, Grab, etc. Is not it so cool?

What else you could expect from your dream company, if you got such a bright team to work with, a company having a mission and great vision, where CEO can take up any role. I had never come across with culture and workplace like Jitera, where everyone is empowered and equally valued, loving teammates and clients. Jitera is a patented product (patent in progress), attracts many engineers to engage with because of its beauty – code automation.

Where the company is in a mission and vision of building the next era of software development, each member is highly motivated towards the same goal – reducing the development time even looks lucrative in Japan market that brings many bests of best clients onboarded. The niche of technology drives the momentum of project deliveries attracting excellent project management teams not just limited to managers but consultants, assistants, designers, HR, Accountants.
