Our name “Jal” means water in Hindi. Water is formless and seamless, with the ability to adapt to any form. Even in the face of obstacles, water is adaptable and rises to immense heights. This forms our core belief, which is that everyone has what it takes to be like water and adapt.

Regardless of one’s age, body shape and fitness background, one (anyone, really!) can practise Yoga, Pilates and Barre – and get more out of life.

Since 2017, we have grown to 5 studios in Singapore and 2 in Malaysia as well as built a diverse community of over 2,00 practitioners. We continue to grow and set on empowering more people to live more in life – physically, emotionally, energetically, spiritually and mentally.

We’re a passionate, dynamic and fun-loving family and are looking for like-minded individuals to join us in our calling. If you have an interest in the wellness industry and are looking for an environment to learn, grow and make an impact, this could be a perfect place for you!
