Cowell Development Tbk

PT Cowell Development Tbk (the Company) was established in Jakarta on March 25th, 1981, which engaged in the development of residential areas and commercial buildings. The Company carried out its first project to develop a residential area, named Melati Mas Residence (formerly known as Villa Melati Mas) in Serpong in 1984.

The change of ownership was followed by changing the name of companies in 2005. The Company which was originally named PT Internusa Artacipta was changed to PT Cipta Karya Putra Indonesia. In 2007, an identity changing occurred, which was from PT Karya Cipta Putra Indonesia into PT Cowell Development Tbk.

PT Cowell Development Tbk has developed four residential projects in Serpong and South Tangerang, namely Melati Mas Residence, Serpong Park, and Serpong Terrace, Laverde which is the extension of Serpong Park. In addition, the Company also has a residential project in Balikpapan, namely Borneo Paradiso.

The Company also develops apartment projects, named Westmark in West Jakarta and Shopping Center and Offices, named Plaza Atrium and Cowell Tower in Central Jakarta. Westmark is an apartment intended for the middle-up segment.

The Company also conducted developments on the Lexington Apartment in South Jakarta and The Oasis area in Cikarang, Bekasi.

The Company’s performance in residential and commercial properties was encouraging which brought the Company to be one of the largest property companies in Indonesia.
