The Role:

As the Personal Assistant, you will serve as a vital support to our company’s CEO. Your exceptional organizational abilities, attention to detail, and impeccable communication skills will ensure the seamless execution of tasks and enable our CEO to focus on strategic initiatives. You will have the chance to interface with various stakeholders, navigate complex challenges, and contribute to the overall efficiency and success of the organization.

What You’ll Do:

–      Provide comprehensive administrative and organizational support to the CEO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.

–      Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.

–      Conduct research and compile information to assist in decision-making and strategic planning.

–      Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information and communication.

–      Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external parties, fostering positive relationships.

–      Assist in organizing and executing special projects and events to drive company initiatives.

Qualifications:

–      Diploma’s / Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).

–      Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant productivity tools.

–      Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently and diplomatically.

–      Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

–      Discretion, integrity, and a professional demeanor.
