Role Summary:
As the Personal Assistant to the CEO, you’ll manage a variety of tasks that help the CEO’s day run smoothly, from coordinating schedules to handling professional correspondence. You’ll be expected to work flexibly, often outside regular business hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Calendar & Travel Management: Organize and oversee the CEO’s schedule, coordinating meetings, appointments, and complex travel plans.
  • Special Projects: Conduct research, manage data, and support the CEO on ad hoc projects.
  • Professional Correspondence: Act as the CEO’s primary point of contact, handling communications with professionalism and confidence.
  • Meeting Preparation: Prepare agendas, presentations, and briefs, ensuring the CEO is well-prepared for all meetings.
  • Event Coordination: Plan and manage logistics for business and personal events, maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
  • Flexibility & Availability: Be willing to work outside regular business hours and be available to travel when necessary.
  • Networking & Communication: Confidently interact with stakeholders at all levels, representing the CEO and the company in a professional manner.
  • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion.

Qualifications:

  • Age: Max 28 years old.
  • Professional no-religious attribute allowed
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of work experience in any fields.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (GPA of 3.0 or above) from a reputable or international university.
  • Communication & People Skills: Strong verbal and written English skills, with a friendly, professional, and confident communication style.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, scheduling tools, and comfortable learning new technology quickly.
  • Energetic & Presentable: A presentable appearance, a positive demeanor, and the ability to engage with people across different roles and levels.
  • Flexibility & Speed: Ability to work quickly and adapt to changes, including the flexibility to work outside regular hours when needed.
