Job Description/ Main Functions

  • Oversees the household staff 
  • Oversees the household budget
  • Oversees the Guest Service
  • Oversees the household maintenance and ambiance
  • Coordinates with other staff as needed as well as with other parts of the employer’s organization
  • Assists with planning and organizing parties and events in the home
  • Provide weekly report to the CEO, keeping him updated with any snagging lists, maintenance and staffing
  • And all other workload given by CEO within job scope will be informed verbally every now and then
  • Assist in managing the overall residence area, activities of a project(s), activities of events and supervise any project.

Requirement:

  • Minimum age of 30
  • Impressive appearance (Proportional & Well-dressed)
  • Preferably 2+ years of work experience in Hospitality Industry
  • Good knowledge of the proper management of a household
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree from any major (preferably from Hospitality)
  • Strong command of Bahasa, English language and good communication skills. (verbal & written), Javanese language is a plus point.
  • Comfortable serving in an advocacy role.
  • Exhibit strong leadership and problem solving skills.
  • Proactive, detail oriented, and can work under pressure
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Available to work long hours and on weekends/public holiday if needed
  • Problem solver and quick to act on request from CEO and the guests
  • Exceptionally presented and an understanding of etiquette
  • Good negotiation skills and ability to liaise with third party vendors, contractors and team members
  • Understands concepts like being anticipatory, friendly not familiar, privacy and confidentiality, invisible and available
  • Understands social etiquette and formal service
  • Knowledgeable about wines and spirits and oversees the wine cellar and liqueur inventory
