Pengalaman yang kami butuhkan ialah Asisten Pribadi, Asisten Eksekutif & Sekretarial (Administrasi & Dukungan Perkantoran) serta orang yang jujur dan bertanggung jawab.

PT ini tidak memiliki persyaratan minimal pendidikan/sertifikasi yang tersendiri terhadap pelamar pekerjaan sehingga kamu bisa mencoba melamar ke perusahaan kami dengan memberikan CV atau portofolio anda.

Upah yang perusahaan kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari skill karyawan. Minimum upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 8.100.000 - Rp 12.000.000.

Personal Assistant – Family & Property Management

We are seeking a highly organized and reliable full-time Personal Assistant to support a private family with a wide range of responsibilities.

This role requires discretion, initiative, and flexibility, as well as the ability to manage both household and business matters with professionalism. The successful candidate will also serve as a trusted emergency contact, a proactive problem-solver, and an effective filter for communication on behalf of the family.This role requires discretion, initiative, and flexibility, as well as the ability to manage both household and business matters with professionalism. Key Responsibilities

 Property & Household Management

  • Oversee daily property operations and maintenance across multiple residences.

  • Supervise and coordinate household staff, vendors, and service providers.

  • Manage petty cash, budgeting, and expense tracking with accuracy.

  • Handle household inventories, procurement, and supplies to ensure smooth operations.

‍ ‍  Family Support & Errands

  • Serve as an emergency point of contact for urgent family and property matters.

  • Assist with family schedules, appointments, bookings, and travel arrangements.

  • Maintain personal and family medical files, insurance records, and confidential documents.

  • Run errands and manage ad-hoc requests to support day-to-day family life.

️ Administration & Compliance

  • Liaise with government departments, community organizations, and local authorities on property, legal, and regulatory matters.

  • Stay informed on regulations, compliance requirements, and local developments affecting the family’s properties and companies.

  • Prepare, organize, and maintain essential company and family records.

 Relationship & Communication Management

  • Act as a communication filter, screening and prioritizing information flow to the family.

  • Serve as the family’s representative in dealings with neighbors, community leaders, and local stakeholders.

  • Assist with company-related representation, property legal disputes, and community agreements.

  • Draft correspondence, coordinate meetings, and support ongoing projects.


Qualifications

  • Previous experience in personal assistance, office administration, or property management.

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think quickly and adapt.

  • Ability to remain calm, resourceful, and reliable in urgent situations.

  • Excellent multitasking and time management abilities in a dynamic environment.

  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (spoken and written).

  • Integrity, discretion, and a highly professional approach to confidential matters.
