Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our executive team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in managing schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives.
Prepare and organize meetings, presentations, and reports.
Handle incoming communications and correspondence on behalf of executives.
Coordinate and collaborate with various internal departments.
Conduct research and gather information for decision-making.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Assist in personal errands and tasks as required.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
High level of professionalism and integrity.
