Dibutuhkan!! lapangan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Personal Assintance di tempat usaha PT Jaffarindo Internasional Indonesia untuk daerah Jakarta Pusat dan sekitarnya.

Kemampuan yang perusaahan butuhkan ialah Sumber Daya Manusia/Personalia & Sekretaris serta orang yang jujur dan bertanggung jawab.

Untuk syarat yang perusahaan butuhkan adalah minimal Sarjana (S1). Merupakan peraturan yang perusahaan kami berikan.

Gaji yang perusahaan ini tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari skill karyawan. Rata-rata upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 4.900.000 - Rp 6.900.000.

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for effectively working with e-commerce cases.
  • Review the legitimacy, rationality and authenticity of original documents
  • Timely prepared to collect and archive accounting documents, books and statements, etc
  • Responsible for managing the company’s listing for e-commerce.
  • Responsible for having communication with vendors.
  • Responsible for the financial management of fixed assets, On monthly plan carry depreciation of fixed assets, organize verification work.
  • Accountants must have excellent attention to detail, as even small errors can have significant consequences
  • Provide professional tax advice
  • Responsible for the financial audit, annual inspection, etc
  • Responsible for other business assigned by the superiors
  • Recruitment and hiring: This includes developing job descriptions, posting job advertisements, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and making recommendations for hiring.
  • Employee relations: HR specialists handle issues related to employee satisfaction, including resolving conflicts and addressing employee complaints.
  • Training and development: HR specialists help plan and coordinate training and development programs for employees.
  • Compensation and benefits: HR specialists are responsible for the administration of an organization’s compensation and benefits programs, including salaries, bonuses, insurance, and retirement plans.
  • Compliance: HR specialists ensure that the organization is in compliance with all relevant employment laws
  • Performance management: HR specialists support managers in the performance appraisal process, including setting performance goals and conducting performance evaluations.
  • Policies and procedures: HR specialists develop, implement, and update the organization’s HR policies and procedures, including those related to employee relations, safety, and health.
  • Data management: HR specialists maintain employee records and assist with payroll administration.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource, Business administration or Finance is a MUST 
  • Required skill : Indonesian tax laws, Accounting, Financial Analysis, Tax issue, Financial Auditing, and Human Resource skill
  • Accountants must have strong analytical skills to interpret financial data and make informed decisions.
  • Accountants must be able to communicate financial information clearly and effectively to stakeholders, such as management, investors, and regulators.
  • Accountants must have a good understanding of accounting standards and regulations, such as Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), to ensure that financial statements are accurate and comply with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Accountants often have multiple tasks and deadlines, so strong time management skills are essential to ensure that tasks are completed accurately and on time.
  • Required language MUST : English, Bahasa Indonesia, At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Jakarta 
  • Must Currently Live in Jakarta
  • Preferably Manager/ Assistant Managers specializing in Finance, Human Resource – Corporate Finance/ Investment/ Merchant 
  • Full-Time position(s) available 
  • Understand E-commerce.
  • Must capable of writing in English
