Job Description :

• Compliance Management 
• Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry-specific requirements pertaining to licenses and permits. 
• Develop and implement processes to ensure the organization’s compliance with all applicable regulation License and Permit Application (SNI, TKDN, Export-Import license, SIINAS LKPM)
• Coordinate and facilitate the application process for licenses, permits, and regulatory approvals through government system and/or manual process. 
• Gather necessary documentation, complete application forms, and submit them to the appropriate government agencies or regulatory bodies. External Stakeholder Management 
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with government agencies, regulatory bodies, and other external stakeholders involved in the licensing and permitting process. 
• Communicate and coordinate with these entities to address any inquiries, resolve issues, and obtain necessary approvals Compliance Audits 
• Conduct periodic internal audits (i.e., quarterly basis) to assess compliance with license and permit requirements. 
• Identify any gaps or areas of non-compliance and work with relevant departments to implement corrective actions. Regulatory Changes 
• Oversee updates in regulations and laws related to licensing and permitting. 
• Evaluate and analyze the impact of these changes on the organization’s operations and implementing timely adjustments to ensure compliance

Requirements :

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in Law, Engineering, or Business Administration
• Having experience with the same position 2-3 years
• Previous experience in the manufacturing industry
• Proficiency in negotiation, time management, data interpretation, and policy analysis
• Ability to manage government relations and stakeholder relationships effectively
• Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities
