Description

• Develop and execute data-driven performance marketing campaigns across channels such as SEM, display advertising, social media advertising, email marketing, and affiliate marketing.
• Optimize campaign performance by analyzing key metrics, conducting A/B testing, and implementing data-driven strategies to improve conversion rates and ROI.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages that align with campaign goals and target audience.
• Manage budgets, bids, and campaign pacing to ensure optimal allocation of resources and achievement of performance targets.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in performance marketing to identify new growth opportunities.
• Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to refine targeting strategies and optimize campaign performance.
• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools and present actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Work closely with the analytics team to establish KPIs, track campaign attribution, and provide insights for future campaign optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as product, engineering, and design to ensure seamless campaign integration and alignment with overall marketing objectives.

Profile

• Proven experience as a Performance Marketing Manager or in a similar role, preferably in [industry/niche].
• Strong knowledge of performance marketing channels, strategies, and best practices.
• Proficiency in using digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and marketing automation platforms.
• Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and data analysis to drive performance improvements.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex data sets.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate marketing strategies and results to stakeholders.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to overcome challenges and drive innovation in campaign execution.
• A self-starter with a proactive attitude and a passion for staying ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies.
