Kami merilis loker dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Performance Marketing di kantor MAKA Motors untuk daerah Jakarta Raya dan sekitarnya.

Upah yang kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari skill pekerja. Minimal upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 2.000.000 - Rp 8.500.000.

What your day to day would look like:

Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize multi-channel digital campaigns, including SEO, SEM, and Platform Advertisement.
Making sure all website contents are updated and relevant to the business and marketing objectives.
Develop and implement Google, META, & Tiktok advertisements, programmatic, and data analytic, also analyze and propose action or strategy based on data anlytics
Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (SEM) to drive targeted traffic to websites and search engines (SEO) to improve organic visibility
Utilize analytics tools to implement the performance of digital marketing initiatives.
Provide weekly & monthly reports to the Digital Marketing Manager, highlighting key performance metrics and insights for continuous improvement.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Brand, PR, Activations, and Operations, to ensure a cohesive and integrated marketing approach.
Collaborate with 3rd parties, including creative agencies, digital agencies, and partners such as Google, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.
Manage digital marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum ROI.

Is this you?

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field with at least 2 – 3 years of experience in digital media and performance marketing
Experience in managing performance marketing campaigns (display & search) and multiple partners/vendors
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box
Well-versed with FB Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, DV360, Google Analytics, etc
In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices. Also Proficient in using Google Analytics and Google Search Console
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends
Well-versed with Microsoft Office especially such as ms. powerpoint and ms. excel/spreadsheet
