Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Telecommunication Engineering
• Have 5-10 years’ experience related to Telecommunication Company
• Excellent English and communication skills
• Familiar telecommunication principle and 3GPP, understand MBB network architecture.
• Able to design optimization solution and present to customer
• NPM project experience are preferred

Professional Knowledge:

• Strong in Load Balance and Layering between multiple carrier (Idle and Connected Mode)
• Strong in aspect how to get a better Radio Network Experience (Physical and Softpara)
• Strong in Features and Strategic of Nokia Product within latest Nokia Software release
• Strong in CSFB to 2G Optimization and Throubleshoot
• Have various knowlodge on Non-RAN Domain for E2E coordination
• Have basic product knowledge about 5G NR especially Nokia/Huawei
• Familiar with Nokia & Huawei Radio product 2G/3G/4G

Key Skill:

• Have experience on VoLTE Network and SRVCC Optimization
• Have experience on DSS 4G/5G (Spectrum Sharing among legacy Technology)
• Have experience on MORAN / MOCN / RAN Network Sharing
• Proactively communication with supervisor and customer
• Good on High Level (CXO) Presentation
• Excellent English and communication skills
• Customer service orientation
• Strong problem solving skills
• Willing to work under pressure and deadline
• Faster on delivery of customer requirement

Job Description:

• Involved in high level discussion with VP level, Knowledge on data analytics and translating to a high level presentation
• Have experience in RF/CEM/UC analysis
• End to End understanding of the network (RAN, TX, CORE, IPRAN/IPCORE) and understand customer’s needs on items impacting design in order to provide recommendations
• Experience in governance, tools and process management.
• Ensure that design & optimization guarantees the capability for the network to provide end-user new services.
• Identify and anticipate network performance issues. Provide E2E recommendations for improvement.
