Adapun untuk kualifikasi yang perusahaan kami butuhkan ialah minimum Sarjana (S1). Yang merupakan ketentuan yang usaha kami berikan.

Gaji yang kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari pengalaman pekerja. Minimal upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

Job Brief:

We are looking for a People Services Supervisor to join our team and oversee the implementation and operation of our HR administration and database systems. Your responsibilities include ensuring employee data, producing HR-related reports, and ensuring compliance with relevant policies. To be successful in this role, you should be familiar with databases and HR software, and able to manage the team while ensuring performance. Ultimately, you will ensure our HR services process meets our business needs and are functional and cost-effective.

What You Will Do:

Oversee and ensure the performance of the daily operation of the HR services team
Manage the end-to-end employee administration process, including assisting operations payroll process data, employee database, and records management for operations managerial positions.
Design manuals and document data processing procedures
Generate HR reports & analysis (for example: reports on attrition, attendance, reprimand, etc.)
Create improvement plans to minimize mistakes, maximize HR services compliance, etc.
Design and implement company policies related to the function
Support the people operations team in managing employees’ queries about HR-related issues
Monitor internal HR systems and databases
Participate in HR projects (e.g. help in people analytics, etc)

What You Will Need:

Proven work experience as an HR Supervisor or relevant role
Hands-on experience with HR systems and databases
Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities
Team management skills
Knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
Good computer literacy (Excel formulas, reporting, Google Workspace, etc.)
Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
BS in Human Resources or a relevant field
