We are looking for:  People & Performance Manager

Location: Jakarta 

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced People & Performance Manager with not more than 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources and performance management to ensure the organization attracts, develops, and retains top talent while driving performance excellence.

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that are in line with the overall business objectives.
  • Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process, which involves sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
  • Develop and implement training and development programs to improve employee skills and performance.
  • Implementing performance management systems to monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed.
  • Supervise employee relations and ensure strict adherence to labor laws and regulations.
  • Oversee compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top-notch employees.
  • Work closely with senior management to create and execute workforce planning strategies.
  • Promote a culture that values diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the organization.
  • Oversee HR projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing employee experience and boosting organizational effectiveness.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • A bachelor’s degree in human resource management, business administration, or a similar discipline. 
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or a related position, ideally in the card or payment or fintech industries.
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to operate both alone and cooperatively in a fast-paced setting.
  • Strategic thinker who focuses on achieving results and ongoing development.
  • Proficient with HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Certification in human resource management is desirable. 

PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

  • Employee Turnover Rate: Measure the number of employees that leave the organization within a certain period.  A reduced turnover rate suggests successful recruiting, retention, and engagement tactics.
  • Recruitment Metrics: Keep track of critical recruiting data including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and hiring quality. This assists in determining the efficiency and efficacy of the recruitment process.
  • Monitor participation rates in training and development programs. Evaluate the impact of these programs on employee performance and skill development.
  • Performance evaluations: Track employee performance evaluations over time to detect patterns and opportunities for improvement. Use measures like as performance evaluation results, target attainment rates, and comments from managers and peers.
  • Employee Engagement Surveys: Conduct frequent employee engagement surveys to assess job happiness, motivation, and alignment with corporate goals. Analyze survey data to discover workplace strengths and opportunities for growth.
  • Compliance and Policy Adherence: Keep track of how well employees follow labor laws, corporate rules, and ethical standards. Track data for compliance training completion, policy infractions, and legal challenges.
  • Compensation and Benefits Analysis: Determine the competitiveness of the company’s compensation and benefit packages. To recruit and retain top people, compare salaries, bonus schemes, and other incentives to industry benchmarks.
  • Diversity and Inclusion indicators: Track indicators like workforce demographics, inclusion efforts, and representation in leadership positions. Monitor efforts towards developing a diverse and inclusive workplace culture.
  • HR Process Efficiency: Evaluate the effectiveness of HR operations such payroll processing, performance appraisals, and leave management. Monitor data such as administrative job duration, mistake rates, and process automation levels.
  • Employee Feedback and Satisfaction: Employee input may be gathered through questionnaires, focus groups, and one-on-one meetings. Measure employee happiness, identify areas of concern, and apply feedback solutions.
