Job description & requirements

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the employee onboarding process and off-boarding process
• Prepared HR-related documents for employee (permanent letter, visa sponsor, etc)
• Sending welcoming email & first-day agenda to new joiners
• Maintaining and updating employee data
• Handling employee benefit features; BPJS & Health Insurance.

  Job Requirements:

• Minimum D-3 graduated from a reputable university, background in psychology, IT/Information System, & Accounting will be preferred
• At least 1 year of working experience in HR Admin
• Strong knowledge in Microsoft Excel (e.g. Vlookup & Hlookup)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including public speaking and presentations
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and organized
• Willing to work under 1 year contract
• Willing to work from office (Setiabudi, South Jakarta)
