Segera dibutuhkan!! lapangan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi People Operation Manager di perusahaan PT Duta Daya Digital untuk kota/kab Tangerang serta sekitarnya.

Kemampuan yang kita butuhkan ialah Sumber Daya Manusia/Personalia & Sumber Daya Manusia / HR serta orang yang jujur, amanah, disiplin, dan bertanggung jawab.

Selain itu untuk syarat yang perusahaan kami inginkan adalah min Sarjana (S1). Merupakan peraturan yang PT kami berikan.

Upah yang perusahaan kami tawarkan cukup bersaing menurut dari skill pekerja. Rata-rata upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000. Namun itu semua dapat berubah menurut dari keputusan HRD.

What will you do :

  • Compensation & Benefit
  • Fully responsible for end-to-end payroll processing and providing functional support for Benefit programs (BPJS, Insurance, other Allowance)
  • Collaborate with FAT : Employee Cost & Allocation Report (monthly & annually)
  • Plans, develops and implements new and revised compensation programs, policies and procedures to align with the company’s goals and competitive practices, not limited to Grading System (Job Evaluation), Salary Structure, Peraturan Perusahaan, WLKP, Internal Memo
  • Fully responsible for end-to-end Employee Administration (probation review & result, permanent employee, Reference Letter, PKWTT/PKWT)
  • Fully responsible for updating HRIS (Talenta)
  • Coordination with vendors (Talenta, Insurance providers) & Tax
  • Analyze data and offer insight into company and team-specific programs and policies and recommend solutions to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Performance Management
  • Manage the annual end-of-year performance review cycle
  • Evaluate and analyze data and metrics to ensure the effectiveness of the People Operations function (internal)
  • Collaborate with People Business Partner & Business Intelligence to prepare, execute and monitoring Performance (KPI/OKR)
  • Engagement & Relations
  • Proactively and thoughtfully address workplace and employee operations issues that increase employee satisfaction, engagement and productivity
  • Create, implement, and maintain engagement program : Townhall, Leaders Meeting, etc
  • Proactively promote and lead activities to contribute to adoption of company values in action and positive office culture (Crew Values)
  • Collaborate with Marketing – Branding (Creative) and other function in Engagement activities
  • Create, implement, and maintain policies and procedures that support HR best practices, ensuring compliance with global labor laws and regulations
  • Be an advisor to managers on performance management, employee relations, compliance etc
  • Collaborate with people BP and across functions to develop, document and implement new programs, processes, events and initiatives
  • Mediate and encourage open lines of communication during disputes between employees and their supervisors; promote effective conflict resolution
  • Building Management
  • Manage and Lead General Affair team to perform activity such as but not limited to : Maintain office facility and assets : liaise with building management, make sure the environment could promote the productive work, neat, tidy, and clean all the time, record all the office assets, routine office facility checking, office renovation
  • Business Trip arrangement: Arrange ticket, accommodation, transport for business trip both domestic and overseas, calculate the transport expense
  • COVID-19 pandemic related procedure: vaccine, office schedule, procedure, data collection, WFH requirement
  • Office contribution arrangement: arrangement for special event, employee fund for special event
  • Maintain non-employee administration such as freelance, non-staff

Qualifications :

  • Education : Bachelor’s degree in any major
  • Year of Experience : 3+ years experience as Payroll, Compensation & Benefit or equivalent practical experiences
  • Deep knowledge in HRIS system, Payroll, Compensation & Benefit, & Labor Law
  • Exceptional analytical thinking
  • Exceptional communication skills with consultative approach
  • Tech savvy, able to operate various technology
  • Numerical sensitive and detail minded
  • Proficient in data processing and visualization
  • Expertise in general company’s policies design and SOP
