What you will do :

Culture and Engagement

• Involves collaborating with all of the team across departments and to build a positive working environment and productive organization.
• Support the team to have end-to-end preparations for all our events, supporting in building a plan, implementing and coordinating internal activities, ie. Townhall, engagement events

Advisory and Ops:

• Support HR administration such as creating simple reports/deck, letters, and drafting communications 

Adhoc:

• Support PAO project if necessary

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal & communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence others.
• Confident, energetic, creative, experience in handling events, and able to work independently with minimum guidance.
• Using data to identify needle-moving initiatives that improve the employee experience
• Excellent english skills spoken and written (must be tested)
• Have a strong ownership
• Ideally, a Master’s Degree in Communications or English Language
