What is this role about?

This position has an important role in ensuring compliance for all activities towards company and government regulations. In addition, he / she will define and develop existing arrangements for collective consultation and communication as required for the ongoing evolution of the business and provide training related Industrial Relation to educate all employee regarding bipartite and tripartite matters.

What will you do?

Ensure compliance for all acts towards company and government regulations, including:

1. Partnership with government relations on territorial matters with direct and indirect impact on social partners.
2. Develop external relations consistent to company culture.
3. Manage and settle all industrial issues.
4. Updating company regulation to assure compliance.

Define and develop existing arrangements for collective consultation and communication as required for the ongoing evolution of the business, by:

1. Conduct partnership with relevant stakeholder.
2. Work on balancing company strategies with assessing risks and interpreting needs.
3. Ensure alignment with the global total rewards, mandatory included or related matters identifying potential ideas and solutions.

Provide training on Industrial Relation matters for managers and functional teams and support them on employee relations issues providing team leaders with tools for implementing initiatives when required by impacts on unions sensitive matters.

Who are we looking for?

• Min. Bachelor degree in Law major from reputable university.
• Minimum 7 years of HR experience in Industrial Relation.
• Bahasa & English proficiency is mandatory.
