Responsibility:
- Plan and execute people review/mapping to identify talent and successors, and formulate their development plans with the respective managers.
- Facilitate users to identify and formulate the company’s competencies dictionary.
- Manage the employee promotion process according to the timeline.
- Manage the employee performance appraisal campaign as per schedule.
- Take charge of the management trainee program.
- Provide analysis and propose improvements for more effective and efficient people development programs in the company.
- Plan and implement talent development strategies to support employees’ career paths.
Skills & Competency:
- Hands-on experience in developing competency matrix and KPIs.
- Understanding of job analysis, job evaluation, work load analysis, and employee assessment tools and methodologies.
- Experience in communication and facilitating discussions with business leaders.
- Proficient in English and computer literate (Excel and PowerPoint).
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
- Willing to mobile but mainly placed in Lippo Karawaci, Tangerang.
