Job Description

Manulife Indonesia Inbound Call Center will be in charge of business daily call center transactions (inbound call) are proceed in accordance to standard operating procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • In charge of business daily call center transactions (inbound call) are proceed in accordance to standard operating procedures;
  • Record & follow up customer query/request/complaint by working together with related unit to solve any request/complaint;
  • Follow up any finding issues raised by Auditors, Compliance Team & other parties
  • Understanding for the product knowledge and all process technology that related to the current process and the process improvement
  • Ensure good customer satisfaction with internal & external customers.
  • Daily monitoring on trends and propose solution to achieve agreed productivity & quality
  • Maintaining confidentiality of customer data.
  • Attend training and comply with and carry out work process in accordance with company policies and procedures

What We Are Looking For

  • Education Minimum University degree.
  • Minimum 1 year working experience as Call Centre or Customer Service
  • Good communication skill. Have a skill to build relationship with customer
  • Demonstrate the ability to be flexible within changing environment.
  • Computer Proficiency MS Office
  • Language Proficiency English
