Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management/Business Administration/Computer Science
• Min 3 year of experiences in payroll & HR field
• Familiar with payroll/HRIS system
• Good understanding with Labor Legislation & Tax Regulations (Pph 21) 
• Strong in numerical & excel skills
• Strong analytical & attention to detail
• Fast learner, good collaboration, and able to work as independently and a team

Responsibilities:

• Manage the payroll of Frontliner employees including changes in remuneration & compensation Benefit, payroll process in the HRIS System, payroll reports, tax calculation, bank uploads for payroll and follow-up salaries, payment of severance pay for resigned employees
• Manage employee administration for Frontliner employees which include remuneration & compensation Benefit submissions, remuneration & compensation Benefit updates, change updates in the HRIS system, making career change letters and remuneration & compensation Benefit changes, distributing employee career change letters, updating accounts for changing accounts, tax status, NPWP and employee correspondence.
• Providing Payroll socialization (induction training) for new joiner
• Ensuring the implementation of payroll activities and changes in employee remuneration, tax calculation, social security calculation, etc.
• Preparation of employment documents (Payslip, audit document, tax calculation, etc.) with established standards & procedures organization as well as reviewing and providing recommendations for system improvements related to these functions to make them more effective and efficient.
• Able to coordinate intensively with other parts in the organization. Forms of coordination that can be done directly with discussions, meetings, and can also be through existing communication facilities either by telephone or email.
• Provide monthly work reports to Payroll & Section Head Personnel correctly and on time
