About the Role

You will be part of the Enterprise Risk Management team, based in Jakarta, and reporting to Operational Risk Management Head. As second line, we are responsible for driving and facilitating the implementation of risk management programmes inFintech – Payments GoTo Financial. An Operational Risk Manager requires comprehension of GoTo Group’s risk management mandate, landscape and programmes; and GoTo Financial’s organisation and key businesses operations. Success as an Operational  Risk Manager means being a capable partner for the business unit through identification of key risks and commonalities / trend across functions, and providing risk management advisory and insight for proper risk mitigation that is relevant to support company objectives.

  • Strategise, drive and facilitate the implementation of operational risk assessments, new product risk assessments, BCP creation, and incident reporting
  • Develop and perform annual review of operational risk related policy and procedures
  • Perform adhoc / thematic risk assessments where and when relevant
  • Fulfill regulatory reporting and audit requirements or inquiries
  • Develop and report business unit level non-financial risk profile 
  • Maintain communication and collaboration with the three lines and senior stakeholders to keep abreast with key operational risk matters,  implementation of risk governance and mitigating controls, and promote risk awareness
  • Conduct risk awareness initiatives such as risk champion refreshment training, socialisation programmes and discussion sessions with stakeholders. 
  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a reputable university
  • 4 – 8 years of advance experience in audit or operational risk management in Banks or non-Bank Financial Institutions, Big Four or other prominent consulting firms in which candidate is spesialising in Financial Institution clients.
  • Growth mindset, analytical, assertive and good interpersonal skill
  • Excellent attention to detail with ability to produce holistic picture risk insight
  • Certification in Audit such as CIA or CISA is an advantage
  • Good competency in constructing risk reports in English
