We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Patent Annuity Staff. In this role, you will be responsible for managing patent annuity payments, ensuring compliance with deadlines, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of patent procedures, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage and track patent annuity payments for a portfolio of intellectual property assets.
2. Monitor and adhere to patent renewal deadlines to ensure timely payments.
3. Collaborate with internal teams, patent attorneys, and external vendors to gather required information for annuity payments.
4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of annuity-related activities.
5. Research and stay informed about changes in patent laws and regulations related to annuities.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Law, Accounting, etc.)
2. Prior experience in patent annuity management is must.
3. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
4. Attention to detail and ability to work effectively under deadlines.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
