Perusahaan kami telah merilis loker dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Pastry Chef di tempat usaha ONE FIFTEENTH COFFEE untuk domisili Jakarta Raya, Bogor, & Tangerang atau sekitarnya.

Kemampuan yang perusaahan inginkan ialah Hotel/Restoran & Makanan/Minuman/Pelayanan Restoran serta orang yang jujur, amanah, disiplin, dan bertanggung jawab.

Perusahaan ini tidak memiliki kualifikasi yang spesifik terhadap calon pelamar sehingga kamu dapat mencoba melamar ke perusahaan ini dengan memberikan CV atau portofolio anda.

Upah yang perusahaan ini tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari kemampuan pekerja. Minimum upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

Job Descriptions :

Prepare a wide variety of goods such as cakes, cookies, pies, bread etc. following traditional and modern recipes
Create new and exciting desserts to renew our menus and engage the interest of customers
Decorate pastries using different icings, toppings etc. to ensure the presentation will be beautiful and exciting
Monitor stocks of ingredients
Check quality of material and condition of equipment and devices used for cooking
Maintain a clean and orderly cooking station and adhere to health and safety standards

Requirements :

Minimum 2 (two) years of proven experience as Pastry Chef, Baker or any other relevant role
Great attention to detail and creativity
Organizing and leadership skills
Willingness to replenish professional knowledge
In depth knowledge of sanitation principles, food preparation and baking techniques
Certificate in culinary arts, pastry-making, baking or relevant field
Willing to work with operational shift based schedules
Willing to be placed around JABODETABEK
Owned a motorized vehicle.

ONE FIFTEENTH COFFEEopened in June 2012 and was one of the first coffee shops that provided specialty coffee in Jakarta. The initial goal was simple; to serve great coffee in a place that promoted friendships and collaboration with the community. Shortly after opening our family-run shop we partnered and started roasting our own beans with Morph Coffee Roasters. Within the first year, our head barista, Doddy Samsura, received first place at the Indonesian Barista Championship and was the first Indonesian representative to compete in the World Barista Championships.

We are firm believer that craft arises from repetition of a known skill-set.To us, coffee-making is a daily ritual that is continually refined.The consistency of a quality cup stems from time-tested methods of extraction aimed at releasing the most from the coffee bean.Our name is embedded in one of the simplest of these methods. 1:15 is a well-known coffee-to-water ratio that yields an ideal cup.Our focus is to source quality beans and to respect and showcase the specific characteristics that set each batch apart. We are proud to showcase what the local cooperatives offer and give our customers a different perspective by highlighting coffee from different regions around the world.

We endeavor to continue a rich local tradition of finely crafted brews made with the utmost care and conviction.
