Gaji yang perusahaan kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari kemampuan pekerja. Minimum upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 3.100.000 - Rp 3.600.000.

About the role

We are seeking a talented Pastry & Bakery Staff member to join our dynamic team at The Well Lombok. This full-time role will be responsible for creating delightful baked goods and pastries to delight our customers.

Our bakery is glutenfree and refind sugar free, we also offer vegan options.

What you’ll be doing

  1. Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods according to recipes and customer orders

  2. Assist in the preparation and presentation of desserts and plated items

  3. Ensure all baked goods meet high standards for quality and appearance

  4. Maintain a clean and organised work area, following all health and safety regulations

  5. Collaborate with the kitchen team to create new and innovative baked items.

What we’re looking for

  1. Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or Baker, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting

  2. Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment

  3. Excellent time management and multitasking skills to handle multiple orders

  4. Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality baked goods

  5. Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment

  6. Passion for creating delicious and visually appealing pastries and baked goods
