QUALITFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcomed),
• Teaching certification or relevant teaching qualifications
• Strong command of the English language, including grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and idiomatic expressions,
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage and connect with students of different backgrounds and ages,
• Ability to create dynamic and interactive lesson plans that cater to various learning styles and proficiency levels,
• Proficiency in incorporating technology and multimedia resources into language instruction,
• Patient, flexible, and adaptable teaching style to meet the individual needs of students,
• Cultural sensitivity and a passion for promoting intercultural understanding,
• Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively plan and manage classroom activities.

RESPONSIBILITY:

• Plan and deliver comprehensive English language lessons, incorporating listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills development.
• Develop and implement creative and interactive teaching materials, resources, and activities to engage students and enhance their language learning experience.
• Assess student progress and provide regular feedback on performance, strengths, and areas for improvement.
• Tailor teaching methods and instructional materials to meet the diverse learning styles, needs, and goals of individual students.
• Utilize technology and multimedia resources effectively to enhance language instruction and facilitate interactive learning experiences.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and align curriculum, share best practices, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the English language program.
• Stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies, language learning trends, and advancements in the field of English language education.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to provide updates on student progress, address concerns, and maintain open lines of communication.
• Participate in professional development opportunities and engage in continuous learning to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
