Parts Purchasing Support Staff

(Code: Parts Purc.Staff)

Duties and responsibilities:

• Back Order Entry process and sending Purchase Order by online system especially for emergency and machine down (order to vendor).
• Ensures correct parts ordering.
• Separate PO for normal and regulation parts.
• Decide shipping mode for back ordered parts.
• Assigning PO Ship.
• Performing price update (partial) Parts from vendor.
• Control outstanding PO, push vendor to expedite the process due to minimizing lead time of machine down and emergency orders.
• Making report by weekly and monthly basis regarding PO processing which already done within certain period.
• Cooperated with other people in relation to completing job within job scope.
• Archiving parts purchase related to documents.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Diploma degree, majoring Economic/Management or any related major.
• Fresh Graduate or Experienced will be prioritized.
• Computer literate especially with Ms Excel,Word and Access .
• Good presentation and communication skill.
• Good database and reporting skill.
• Mature, detail, meticulous, patient, independent and energetic.
• Ready to work under-pressure.
• Work location at Pulogadung, Jakarta Timur.
